Nokia CardPhone 2.0 w/RLP

Hi all,

the Nokia Card Phone seems to behave basically like the 6190 using RLP.
With this quick hack, I added support for the CardPhone RPM-1 based upon
nk6100.c and its header file.
I could have merged support for the rpm-1 into the 6100 code, but since
there are some things that don't work I decided to keep this code apart:

: Please read Docs/Reporting-HOWTO and send a bug report!

Then there's an ugly hack to support the command line switches '-n' and
'-d' to override model/port on the command line for xgnokii, since I do
have more than one device.

Take a look at this stuff and decide what to do with it ;-)
