5110 received logo?

My newbie problem?: When sending a logo with gnokii --sendlogo op "number" 
gnokii.nol the receiver can see the logo, but when he saves it nothing 
appears & if he had one it is cleaned or ?. What happens we are testing with 
5110 phones & we cannot find special setting from the phone? (gnokii---5110 
- - -> 5110).
