Not using gnokii.  I got round this problem by receiving messages through
gnokii and sending them out via another provider (clickatell) that allows me
so set the 'From' field of the outbound message.  It's also cheaper than
sending a text message through the mobile (mobile 8ukp, clickatell 3ukp).
