Please note above:

The seq of 6110's acknowledgement is 00,but the seq of 6110's response is 41.So should my seq of acknowledgement be 01,not 00?

For another,because  6110 send the response 3 times,must I send acknowledgement 3 times too,not 1 time?

As you can see the last is a message (network registration) your phone
sends spontaneously. You have to send an acknowlege to this message too.
