Polish Nokia site says that there are proprietary Nokia drivers for D211
available at http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,8764,3123,00.html

And I belive that D211 support AT commands so it would be possible for you
to use AT driver in your configuration. And this driver is capable to send
and receive SMS.
