Small correction here: after downloading, put the file into
/sw/fink/10.2/local/main/finkinfo (or similiar, Patryk built it on 10.2)
and issue the command above. Fing should grab (from gnokii.org) and
compile the sources, installing all dependencies and then install gnokii
itself
