Building from cvs for debian - path error

Hi

As a follow up to my previous posts, here's an example of the errors
that I resolved by including 'local' in the path.  But didn't build the
package correctly.  Thus after typing:

$ fakeroot debian/rules binary

### /sbin/ldconfig at some time. Otherwise gnokii may

directory
