You don't need the xgnokii. It is just a GUI front-end.Also notice that the proposed xgnokii is different version (0.6.26-25.38) from the version of Gnokii you're trying to install (0.6.28cvs).
Why do you need YaST for installing a single package you're already downloaded? Just use rpm to install.
