With SMSC number, I could send the SMS.

Is there way to Send MMS and Email using this tool?

Also, I am using the Cygwin version which was built already, just downloaded it. Can I get the latest cygwin binaries?  I am not able to build in the cygwin environment myself.

no, you can't

that's too old, there have been 17 (seventeen) releases after that and
we fixed tons of bugs

that's your problem: the SMSC number stored in your SIM (or in your
phone) is empty
