Revision libraries should have an optional revision pattern (regexps
for archive, category, branch, etc.) that acts as a heuristic limit if
the library is greedy and a strict limit if the library is not greedy.
In other words, if a library is greedy and would normally add revision
A, but A doesn't match the revision-name pattern of the library, then
A is not added to this library. And if the library is not greedy,
and A doesn't match the revision-name pattern, then library-add will
refuse to add the revision to this library.
