The Bazaar 1.0 format has a simpler archive layout, and the result is
that paths to the URL of a branch pun with the arch name for the branch.
We'll be adding UI goop to checkout straight from those at some point
soon.
No, tla does not understand baz format archives, although you can
certainly apply the patch to tla ')
