If it is no longer maintained then we drop it. Security patches and
non-free bugs need to be removed in a timely fashion. If we are aware of
security bugs or non-free bugs being filed and the project being
non-responsive for long periods of time then that might be enough to
drop it from our list.
But, somebody is still footing the bill for the project's site to be
hosted and the domain is still there so it isn't completely dead yet. I
just want to find out what is happening before we drop it from the list.
Maybe I'll need to make some phone calls or something or ask around to
friends of friends, but, I'm going to try a little harder than just
sending a couple of emails, and it shouldn't take more than a half hour
of my time, which seems reasonable.
