Judge Saris found the GPL issue too uncertain to adjudicate:

". . . [B]ut the matter is one of fair dispute".

Anything you read into that decision as a "victory" for the GPL is
only in your delusional mind Hyman... only in your delusional mind.

You have mooooooooooooooooooved "too uncertain to adjudicate" into
"the GPL is enforceable". Nice try Hymen.
