I'm not willing to pay anything, since I did not receive
any binaries and have no particular use for them. Had I
done so and wanted the source, I would expect to pay no
more than the reasonable cost of having source conveyed
to me, or else have it available for free download over
a network. Ideally, I would have received it along with
my binary.
