Could convert-ly do the change for you? It looks like it doesn't. I
have a bunch with numbers that abc2ly wrote. The patch I sent in
yesterday means that abc2ly uses letters now, but meanwhile, I have a
few where I've edited the lilypond and the ABC is no longer the
source.
