Follow-up Comment #2:
== TL;DR ==
This bug won't happen in fresh clones. Make sure everything is cleaned up
before building.
== Details ==
Indeed it is because of the new logo :) However, removing the final target:
'doc/gnuastro-figures/done.txt' and re-executing 'make pdf' in the 'build'
directory didn't help.
Reading the Makefiles, I figured 'doc/plotsrc/conversions.sh' is the main
conversion engine. So, I executed it and it worked like a charm. Then, I ran
'make pdf' and it produced the final output.
But I just re-cloned a fresh gnuastro with a depth of 1, just to make sure
that this was not a side-effect of using the 'developer-build' script. Did a
bootstrap, and then:
$ ./developer-build -d -a -c
$ cd build
$ make pdf
The PDF was created just fine.
== But why? ==
I assumed the '-I' option of the 'developer-build' would clean everything
before make and install. But maybe there's a quirk hidden somewhere.
Just double check to see if everything is cleaned up and then proceed.
