[open-cobol-list] problems when configuring in fedora 2

Hi all, 
This is my first  message to the list, forgive me if I'm doing in a wrong way.
I got a clean copy from cvs, version 0.30 and tried the following command in a 
fedora 2 box.
./configure --with-db
I got the following:

checking db_185.h usability... yes
checking db_185.h presence... yes
checking for db_185.h... yes
checking db3/db_185.h usability... no
checking db3/db_185.h presence... no
checking for db3/db_185.h... no
checking for __db_dbopen in -ldb... no
configure: error: libdb is required 
 ----
What am I doing wrong?
