Sourceforge has a problem -
cvs -q tag release_0_32
can't create temporary directory /tmp/cvs-serv3464
Permission denied
Other projects have the same problem :
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php
If any developers are checking out or anything else,
DON'T until I can tag the 0.32 release.
