Hi Tony,
Well, first thing is to open this up on the OC mailing list.
I believe that it is up to the originator of the project
(Keisuke Nishida) to determine if this should be entered anywhere
into a competition.
As far as I am aware, OC 0.32 should be PPC64 OK.
