I wish to report SUCCESS!

Many kind thanks to the persons that offered their help. Brian ( btiffin) and Seth (erstazi) were of great assistance. The final advice came from Roger. Thanks to his advice from Saturday's meeting, and on the forum this evening, I was finally able to get this going. I have detailed my steps on the forum, along with a script. All in all it was not very complicated at all.

If you have a dreamhost account, that script might just be all that you need to get Open Cobol running on your server. If you use another hosting service, it should at least set you on the right path.
