FYI, found these Wind*ws COBOL IDE's which should work on both MinGW and
Cygw*n.
A open source COBOL IDE, written in VB.NET, called Women Working with
COBOL [1]. The screen shot looks nice.
A free COBOL IDE, written on .NET, called 'Win32 COBOL IDE' [2].
No source, binary format only, so use this at YOUR OWN RISK.
Also found a syntax file [3] for SciTE (Scintilla).
This open source text editor module is used in many editors.
