[open-cobol-list] New Port

Just a FYI for the list.  I have been able to port open-cobol-1.0 over
to run under the Minix3 OS.

Not very many changes in the source.  One problem is the test
programs.  It appears they only compile in a "shared" mode.
I need to compile and test them in a "static" mode.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
