[open-cobol-list] v1.1 tarball checksums

Hi,

We seem to have downloaded the 1.1. tarball (gnu-cobol-1.1.tar.gz) and got one 
checksum (sha256)

909cb73e1d6ed471bf2b2e2dde4e5961b6633327cc8e73d39ad0effd6dd07d79

now there appears to be a new tarball up on the download site 
(http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnucobol/) of the same name but new checksum

bd319c0d001e85835c8501ad74c9de0052fe82b8a38b4530f41b49b2af028b9d

Can someone please confirm what is going on and if one or both are legitimate.
