As of v257 it fails one test (428) within report writer tests comparing 'Hello' with Helo'

Had a look at the code but could not find it so send a msg to version maintainer (must find the correct way of doing that).

This does NOT effect the compiler it is just a silly compare error in the 'make check' (test) but make test (within tests/cobol85 works without issue.
