For getting 2.0 just get 1.1 (OpenCOBOL will do fine, too) for
installing the pre-requistes, then get 2.0 (either via svn checkout from
branch or by downloading the nightly tarball from the download area), do
'./configure && make check', if everything works as expected do 'su make
install' and you have 2.0 ready for testing and development.
