Mayuresh,

I can't find any of the repos in Github.  I'm getting 404's on all the 
links, searching your name doesn't find anything, and searching for 
Prometheus shows 21 pages of hits.  If you could resend the links, that 
would help.  Currently no way of knowing what the actual problem is, but 
in short, yes GnuCOBOL can do client/server.  Not for free though, there 
will be effort involved.
