Except for updating the test results, the changes for
3.1.17 are now in the CVS. The regressions ran once with
--enable-experimental-semeai. They are running again now
without the experimental semeai and hopefully will be
finished when I get up in the morning at which point
I'll update the test results and do the release.
So any patches which are submitted should get the _1_18
label.
