Paul:
Running the regression scripts under Windows is really pretty easy.
There are two ways:
 1) Get cygwin, and use the perl that comes with it.
 2) Go to www.activestate.com, and get ActivePerl for Windows.

You should get cygwin anyway, as it comes in very handy in lots
of places.
