Baduki was an important opponent for GNU Go in the early days of
1999. GNU Go 2.0 and 2.4 were tuned against Baduki, and I would
guess that Baduki was tuned against GNU Go before Lim Jaebum
gave up maintaining it. GNU Go 2.4 could give Baduki 9 stones.

GNU Go has different scoring functions. The gtp final_score calls
the aftermath code and is quite accurate. If you find any mistakes
in the result of final_score we'd like to know about them.
