I added this fuseki pattern when I put the patch nando_3_14.2 in the cvs.

I omitted the constraint to A107 because as I noted in another
message, the weak and oarea autohelpers are strictly speaking
only valid when stackp==0.

The patch paul_3_13.8b is also in the cvs now.
