[gnugo-devel] this is not gnugo-1.2

On the new CGOS there is a bot named gnugo-1.2 (rank near 1600 after 50 games),
but obviously it is not gnugo release 1.2 (rank near 1200) !

I think it would be much more correct to give the proper name of the bot instead
of a misleading one.

PS: i did a confusing bronw-2.0 last year but removed it after a while, and at
least it was written on senseis page what the bot was really.
