[Gnumed-bugs] Notes editor needs more refreshing

Can the Notes editor be made to refresh when clicked?

Presently, EMR tree health issues which are not active intentionally do not 
appear in the Notes' "virtual problem list".

However if a user moves back to the EMR to designate an inactive problem to be 
active, that problem will not appear when switching back into the Notes plugin. 
The user must non-intuitively toggle either the "Closed episodes" control or 
the "Non-relevant issues" control in order to bring into view something that 
was already relevant and only just made Active.
