[Gnumed-bugs] Error printing the medication list (scenario 2, Spock)

This one began after I tried (but failed) to create a new medication "ramipril" 
for Spock which resulted in the just-posted unhandled exception report.

Whether or not the following has any relation, I happened to notice that with 
one of my already-earlier-added medications for Spock (metoprolol) I had 
somehow able to save seemingly without an associated episode in spite of (I 
think) a constraint to require an episode. Maybe that tripped something up?
