GNUstep doesn't really seem to have "users", in the assumed meaning. Most of the people using GNUstep are somewhat more advanced. Most people that come to #GNUstep are told to use CVS, because, most GNUstep application developers seem to be using CVS, and with the API changing, applications tend not to work with releases.
