_list() and _id() functions not implemented for gnutls_pk_algorithm_t and gnutls_sign_algorithm_t

There are various list functions in the API -- gnutls_cipher_list(), 
gnutls_mac_list(), and others -- that enumerate all known corresponding 
algorithm/codes. The API also provides corresponding *_get_id() and 
*_get_name() functions that map between the identifiers and their names.

For gnutls_pk_algorithm_t and gnutls_sign_algorithm_t, I find only the 
*_get_name() functions. There is no _list() or _id() function available. It 
would be rather nice to have them defined, as well.
