Release candidates of GnuTLS 2.4.3 and 2.6.4

I have prepared new daily builds containing state-of-the-art fixes for
GnuTLS branches 2.4.x, 2.6.x, and 2.7.x:

I'd appreciate if people could test these, and/or compare the source to
what's in various distribution to see if some patch has been missed.

If you know any other concern for v2.6.x, now is a good time to bring it
up!  Nothing will change if you don't speak up.
