v102.5 test branch and binaries

This new branch corrects the useragent spoofing bug that was breaking 
interaction with Cloudflare (Thanks bill-auger for the guidance).
It also adds a checkbox for "Resist Fingerprinting" feature (from 
TorBrowser) to IceCat settings (about:preferences#privacy-icecatPreferences)
