 Ok,

  we have the following on savannah:

 gomp/libgomp/

 and I suggest we make:

 gomp/libgomp/lib
              testing
              runtime

 I also have a semaphore implementation I am hacking on, since we will 
need semaphores for the fork/join.

 Shall I create these files ? and start adding files for gnu 
conformance and for autotools ? ( in which case we should make a config 
directory also to keep our macros in ).

 I am also curious if everybody can check out from the cvs ? ( with a 
key, developer access ? ).
