[gpsd-dev] Did gpsd_json.html fall through the cracks?

There is a link from index.html.in
and a copy on http://www.catb.org/gpsd/gpsd_json.html
but I don't see a local copy after a git clone.

Is http://www.catb.org/gpsd/gpsd_json.html the latest version?

If so, what is a "PPS bar" (in the WATCH section) and when will that area 
change from experimental to stable?
