Yo All!

I thought this message went out earlier, but it looks like gnu ate it.

Second try:

After way too long, the NRIPv2/HTTP1.2/Chunking thing is now working.
My test server was ntrip://centipede:centipede@caster.centipede.fr:2101

That is one useless feature.  All pain, no benefit.

Looks pretty much in its final form, and seems stable, but likely needs
some haedening and refactoring.

Please test!

Someone pointed me at a pirate copy of NTRIPv2, so I may be alble to
eveentually figure out "Send GGA" as well.
