in repository groff.
commit 1bcd8af31274b76a670a5ee784dd6a418a054369

groff(7): Tweak wording.
* Remove a sentence that should go without saying.
* Say "output driver" rather than "current output device". Devices vary
in all kinds of ways, and there is a one-to-many correspondence
between a driver and the devices it produces output for. The word
"current" is also spurious because the output driver is one thing that
_isn't_ modal in the lifetime of a troff process.
