    doc/ms.ms: Fix style and markup nits.
    
    * Set example footnote marks superscripted and after punctuation.
    * Tighten wording (in one case to buy a line in dead-tree typography).
    * Shift keep boundary.
    * Say "groff ms" instead of "GNU ms" for consistency w/ existing usage.
