[arch]: Rename target to fix non-GNU make failure.
* arch/misc/misc.am (shdeps.sed): Rename target from this...
($(SH_DEPS_SED_SCRIPT)): ...to this, to work better with make(1) on
FreeBSD, NetBSD, and AIX.
