We have to be careful here. Note that
\w'...\O'...'...'
doesn't work as expected in compatibility mode -- UNIX troff doesn't
support nested delimiters, and groff emulates this behaviour. I don't
know whether this ever can be a problem, but...
I suggest to use \O[N filename] or a similar syntax.
