Thanks. It shows another interesting feature: All keywords exist both
in lowercase and uppercase versions! Is this true with non-plan9
versions of troff also? Shall I take care of this (undocumented)
feature?

Thanks again! So only `centre' is a GNU extension, the rest is just
undocumented.
