The intermediate output command F is a groff extension, but is not
documented anywhere. libdriver/input.cc just sets the variable
current_filename, which amounts to nothing useful.
Is it supposed to close the actual file and open a new one for input?
Is the same file allowed to be reread a second time?
Is it intended to give the do_file() parser several file args?
