On unknown D and x groff_out commands, groff raises an error.
The classical documentation, however, specifies the following behavior:
Dz dh1 dv1 dh2 dv2 ... for any other z is uninterpreted
x any to be ignored if not recognized
Shall we return to this behavior?
Does `uninterpreted' mean `ignore'?
