Grohtml seems to be confused by .ce in a man page. The paragraph
that follows is not properly indented (with -man).

| .SH DESCRIPTION
| normal paragraph

| .ce
| centred text
|
| normal paragraph
The output of "groff -mandoc -Thtml -P -l -P -r test.1" looks like
this :

|
| normal paragraph
This is with Grohtml 1.18 (Debian 1.18-7). Sorry if this has
already been reported.
Oh, while I'm at it, why does Grohtml use −, " and
’ ? It makes the output harder to read and edit.
