[Groff] MSL for PCL5 needed

Dear groffers,

the online version of the PCL 5 Comparison Guide (at least the version
I could find in the internet), pcl5comp.pdf, lacks very important
information: The internal symbol set charts in appendix B are empty,
and appendix D, containing the MSL/Unicode symbol indexes, is missing
completely.

My questions:

Does an online version of the PCL 5 Comparison Guide exist which
contains those tables?

Otherwise, is there a good guy who owns a printed version of this
manual and who could scan the missing pages for downloading?
