Hello all,Can someone tell me how activate page numbering using the -me macro set? It is done automatically with the -ms macroset but not wth -me. Is there a special command when using 'me'??
I would like to have the number at the top center of each page...ie -1-, -2-, -3-,.....etc
I tried the .tl '-%-' on the top of the first page that i want to begin numbering, but that doesnt seem to work.
Also, the groff_me man page refers to the -me macro documentation written by Eric Allman... Does anyone know where I can find this?
Thanks for any help Regards, Kurt Nowak
